What makes up the daily nut

From QuickBooks (Earth Aloha Eats LLC, cash basis), updated monthly after the books close. The daily nut is fixed costs divided by 30.4 days. Break-even is the daily nut divided by what's left of each sales dollar after food, GET and card fees. Sales are as deposited, so Clover and delivery-app fees taken out before deposit aren't counted.
